Essie Status Symbol

Hello everyone,

I know I said I'd do watermarbles on Wednesdays, but I will have to post that after it's actually done, lol.  Here is a look I did a few days ago and loved.  I have to admit, I spend my time that I break in between studying or tasks usually perusing pictures of other pretty manicures- I know, no shock.  Anyways, I was looking at the Polish Addict's archives, something I do quite frequently, and came upon the swatch of this color. I actually bought this a few years ago because I saw the same pic then and fell in love, so I bought the color, and promptly forgot about it- typical polish hoarder activity.  Seeing her gorgeous pic again inspired me to look for my own bottle and finally give it a whirl, and I'm glad I did. This is Essie's Status Symbol, from the same collection as the famed blue, Mesmerize.  This has a jelly creme consistency, and should be aptly dubbed a "crelly."  This is three coats, and there was some VNL, but not enough to make me not love this.  Not terribly unique, but a really nice pink for my skin tone.

I tried my hand at stamping again- I need to do this more often, as shown by my ability. The design is from the MASH50 stamp plate.  The perfectionist in me was feeling kinda pitiful.  I tried to make due by adding dots of Wet N Wild's I need a Refresh-Mint (aqua) and On A Trip (lavender) to spruce it up.
